Resize and format your signature
Turn a signature photo into a ready-to-check JPG. Choose dimensions and a file-size limit, crop unwanted paper, and keep your strokes in proportion.
600 × 200 px and 100 KB are starting values, not a universal requirement. Check your application’s official instructions before uploading.
Your signature stays on your device. No signup or upload.
Signature settings
Still JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB, 16 megapixels and 8,192 pixels per side. For a photo, use dark ink on light, unlined paper.
On supported phones, this opens the camera. Otherwise choose an existing photo.
1 KB = 1,000 bytes. This is a maximum, not an exact padded file size. JPG quality adjusts; your dimensions never change automatically.
Crop only unwanted paper. Zoom and position the mark with the sliders. Keep every stroke inside the preview.
The selected area always fits without stretching, on a white background. The margin is a percentage of the shorter output side; extra padding fills any shape difference.
Optional grayscale cleanup reduces paper shadows but may fade light strokes. Compare before and after; leave it off to keep ink colors.

Prepare a clear signature, without stretching
Photograph light, unlined paper in even lighting. Crop only unwanted space and leave room around every stroke. The selected area fits inside your exact dimensions with white padding; transparent areas become white too.
Clean paper background is optional and converts the crop to grayscale. It can fade pale ink, so compare before and after. Prepare download to inspect the actual JPG and measured size. Original metadata is removed when the image is re-encoded.
If the requested KB limit is impossible, no oversized download is offered. Increase the limit or deliberately choose smaller dimensions if your application allows them. Outputs support up to 4 megapixels and 4,096 pixels per side.
For an OCI application, use the dedicated photo and signature workflow below. Different applications have different dimensions, formats and size limits; this tool does not certify acceptance or create a legal electronic signature.
