Data Deletion Instructions
At Puppetry, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the methods described below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from your Puppetry dashboard. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including your puppets, videos, and profile information.
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to hi@puppetry.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your Puppetry account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove the following:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Puppets you've created
- Videos you've generated
- Uploaded images and audio files
- Usage history and preferences
Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Logins
If you signed up using a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook, or Instagram), deleting your Puppetry account removes your data from our systems. To also revoke Puppetry's access to your third-party account, visit the settings page of that service and remove Puppetry from your connected apps.
