What does this mean for job seekers?

The new AI tool will help them explore and discover opportunities they might have missed while suggesting job skills they must develop for particular roles. At the same time, LinkedIn has implemented safety measures to avoid algorithm biases.

CEO Ryan Roslansky said the AI job search tool will help users find jobs on LinkedIn.
